This service gives you that little bit extra. 2d and 3d floor plans to help you gain an insight into how your space will work:

• Gives a realistic impression of your room structure

• Helps you to visualize and see exact details of your floor plan in colour and in 3d.

• This option includes both the 2d and 3d plans

• Also includes 2 floor plans as above

After we have agreed on your choice of service, I will email you the contract and payment options. Then some…..

Simple Steps

• Email exact dimensions of the space and any furniture you are keeping.

• A sketch of your floor area.

• A couple of photographs of the space from all angles and of any furniture you wish to keep.

• Within 2 weeks your plan(s) will be with you.

Discount available for multiple floors and rooms, please contact me for a quote.

NB: All floor plans are for space planning only and not the actual design concept or to be used as construction documents

Your Design

No60interiors will complete and email your design package in a PDF document within 2 weeks of receiving the dimensions and photographs of your room / rooms. Instructions will also be included with this. You will also have 2 weeks of online contact for any question you may have about your designs.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

Kitchen and bathrooms are included in the floor plan packages but only to investigate layout potential.  These are not documents to be used during construction, a contractor must be consulted to ensure everything fits correctly.  With E-design there is always a possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchens and bathrooms.
