Terms & Conditions for E-Design Services: Please read.

No60interiors is an online interior design service only, therefore E-Design Clients agree to correspond strictly through online communication via email.
All suggestions are viewed as recommendations to improve the appearance of your home and not for construction purposes. Please test out all paint colours or wallpapers and flooring suggested before committing to buying from vendor.
no60interiors cannot be held responsible if retailers are suddenly out of stock. All product recommendations will be checked before the shopping list is sent and products will not be recommended if they are unavailable at that time.
It is out of no60interiors control if product prices have changed after the shopping list has been issued. Again prices will be checked beforehand.
Retailer website images and descriptions are not always accurate. This could mean that actual colour may vary from the image or there is missing/incorrect info in the product copy. The products used are recommendations only and it is not no60interiors responsibility if retailer details have changed or are inaccurate. If possible order samples of wallpaper, fabrics and flooring to make sure that they are correct.
Please remember that postage and packaging fees will be added on to your products if ordering from online retailers.

The design idea is for décor purposes only and will not include any finishes or fixtures unless specified ie. light switches, carpet underlay, paintwork
Wallpaper, fabric, flooring and paint total prices are ESTIMATES. These are calculated on the measurements provided by the client. I do not specify flooring or vendors but will suggest type and colour of flooring if required
Client budget should not include the cost of any work needed ie. carpet fitting, decorating, building works etc…
Every effort will be made to find good quality, reasonably priced products but clients should try to be realistic with their budget for the space,
By purchasing this service, you agree it will be used for your own private or domestic use only and is not for re-sale.
Client agrees to making available full correct information (measurements and photographs) for the Project. Please make sure that all measurements are correct and in metres / centimetres. With E-design there is always a slight possibility that measurements could be slightly different to that measured.
No60interiors will not be accountable for the means, arrangements or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
No60interiors cannot be held accountable for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design project.
No60interiors will complete and email your design package in a PDF document within two - four weeks (depending on service chosen) of receiving dimensions and photographs of your room / rooms. Instructions will also be included with this. You will also have 1 week of online contact for any question you may have about your designs.
Design presentations will be emailed within 28 days of receipt of payment for floor plans and Design services. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will consider.
All payments must be made when the client has decided and agreed on their package, an invoice will be sent upon payment.
Payments by pay pal.
You agree that the personal information you give is correct, the account you are paying from is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of service. Providing false information may lead to being prosecuted.
no60interiors reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the client if needed.
no60interiors reserve the right to end any agreement with you if you fail to make payment on time or if you break any of the T’s and C’s.
No contract will exist between the client and no60interiors until a confirmation email is sent after payment is received and contract is signed and received.
If you have placed an order but then wish to cancel – you must let no60interiors know within 24 hours after payment has been made, by email. You will then be re-credited.
If you have to change an order – you must let no60interiors know within 24 hours after payment. After this time changes cannot be guaranteed as work on your design will have started but changes will be made wherever possible.
All orders are subject to acceptance. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from no60interiors explaining why.
Design services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work. I appreciate at times it may be necessary, due to an item being discontinued, to offer an alternative item. I will re-assess your design questionnaire if you have chosen one of the room design services and make every effort to offer you the very best service from your answers.
This service is an ‘idea’ only – if the client does not like the finished product, refunds cannot be issued. It is entirely up to the client if they choose to use the idea and product suggestions given.
Renders are a representation or a visualization of the room and design board, products will be similar to the style discussed but will not necessarily be the exact item. Where possible some products can and will be made in 3d for the design.
Floor plans are for spatial planning only and are not the actual design concept but illustrate what can be fitted into the given measurements by client. Floor plans are not construction documents.
Your design idea may be displayed on social media for advertising unless otherwise stated by you.
If you agree that we can use your design idea for advertising purposes on our website or social media, please note that we must reference the retailers used. Again please let us know if you would prefer us not to use your design idea in this way.

Kitchen and Bathroom

Kitchen and bathrooms are included in the 3d services but only to explore layout possibilities. These are not documents to be used during construction, a contractor must be consulted to ensure everything fits correctly. With E-design there is always a slight possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen and Bathrooms are not included in the sample boards or the full works packages

To give you the best service I only take 4 clients a month. If you are happy to wait I can put you on a waiting list. However you can certainly get the process started by completing the questionnaire and sending inspirational pics.
