Planning where your furniture will be placed lets you plan other design elements such as artwork, lighting, electrics and furniture. Planning also helps you figure out where your focal point will be, the 2d or 3d options below can help you do this. The full floor plan service is perfect for those that are re-configuring a floor plan or adding an extension and would like to be able to visualize it before you get the hammer out!

This service helps you see the relationship between rooms and to get a real feel of the layout of the entire property.

It includes

• One customised 2d and 3d floor plan for one floor.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

Kitchen and bathrooms are included in the floor plan packages but only to investigate layout potential.  These are not documents to be used during construction, a contractor must be consulted to ensure everything fits correctly.  With E-design there is always a possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchens and bathrooms.
