Belfast Semi Detached Home Extension Layouts
The client’s brief was to given some ideas on how a new extension to their home could be used. All the client had to do was give me their architects 2d plan and I created two alternative layouts for them to choose from.

Semi- detached extension: Layout 1
This young family are putting an extension onto their semi-detached home. The rear extension comprises of a new open plan kitchen diner, sitting area, utility space and downstairs toilet. They wanted some ideas on how the space could be used and needed 2 layouts to compare.
Green Kitchen
The owners wanted to see what a green kitchen would look like in their new space.
Space Planning
This plan showed the homeowners how they could use the space, giving them ideas on the flow where the dining area and sitting area could be placed.

The 3d render allows the owners to see the kitchen from different angles.

This layout switches the dinner table and desk area. the sofa faces towards the dkitchen.
Blue Kitchen
The owners wanted to seen how a navy kitchen would feel in the space to compare to the green.

The software I use to create these designs allows different angles to be viewed helping the clients understand the new space.
